Coordinate before work is covered
Do not wait until project closeout to ask about QII. Coordinate the required visits before insulation or finishes conceal items that need verification. We review the sequence with your team so the insulation installer and other trades know when the project needs to be ready for our visit.
Resolve corrections and complete the record
When an item needs attention, we communicate what was observed so the responsible trade can make the correction. We then coordinate the necessary reinspection and applicable rater documentation through CHEERS. Send your plans and schedule for a project-specific quote and visit plan.
